MAYOR'S TOUR IN TORINO - Earned Media
CHALLENGE
Newly-elected Vancouver Mayor Sam Sullivan had the opportunity to put Vancouver on the map while putting a spotlight on the official connection between the Olympic and Paralympic 2010 Winter Games.
STRATEGY

Following a month of pre-Olympic international media strategy and outreach, Reputations Corporation accompanied Mayor Sullivan on his five-day tour in Torino at the 2006 Olympic Winter Games.
RESULTS
Utilizing extensive media contacts, Reputations was credentialized to use the official media centre and received 170,000 international media hits, placing the spotlight on Mayor Sullivan and the City of Vancouver as host site for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
